Montez G is a bassist, vocalist, and creator bringing the bass to the front of the stage. Based in Texas, he blends groove, soul, and storytelling with a style influenced by legends and contemporaries alike.

Beyond his own music, Montez has performed and recorded with artists including Jeff Bradshaw, Marley Bleu, Chris Brown, Maino, Roscoe Dash, Crystal Kay, G.W. Souther, Sketch.Band, Sir Woman, and Wild Child. He continues to push the boundaries of what it means to be both an artist and a sideman.
